Welcome to Oklister. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Oklister platform, website, ecommerce tools, online store services, subscriptions, and related services.

By creating an account, creating a store, subscribing to a plan, or using Oklister, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Oklister

Oklister is an ecommerce platform that allows businesses and individuals to create, manage, and operate online stores.

Depending on the plan selected, Oklister may provide features including:

• Online store creation
• Product and category management
• Product images and information
• Order management
• Customer management
• Store customization
• Inventory management
• Coupons and discounts
• Store dashboard and management tools
• Custom domain support
• Other ecommerce features introduced by Oklister from time to time

Oklister provides the technology and platform. Store owners are responsible for the products, services, content, prices, customers, transactions, and business activities conducted through their stores.

2. Creating an Account

To use certain Oklister services, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your account information up to date.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Be responsible for all activity performed through your account.
• Notify Oklister if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must not create an account using false information or impersonate another person or business.

3. Creating and Operating a Store

Oklister allows you to create an online store using the platform.

As a store owner, you are solely responsible for:

• Your store information.
• Products and services you list.
• Product descriptions and images.
• Prices and discounts.
• Inventory information.
• Customer communication.
• Orders and deliveries.
• Refunds and cancellations.
• Taxes and applicable business requirements.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Oklister does not become the seller, manufacturer, distributor, or supplier of products listed by store owners.

4. Prohibited Products and Activities

You may not use Oklister to sell, promote, distribute, or facilitate products or activities that are illegal or prohibited under applicable laws.

You must not use Oklister for:

• Fraudulent activities.
• Scams or misleading business practices.
• Selling illegal goods or services.
• Unauthorized financial activities.
• Copyright or trademark infringement.
• Distribution of malware or harmful software.
• Activities that violate applicable laws.
• Content that unlawfully harms or exploits others.

Oklister reserves the right to review, restrict, suspend, or terminate stores that violate these requirements.

5. Store Content

You retain responsibility for all content uploaded or published through your store.

This may include:

• Product images.
• Product descriptions.
• Store logos.
• Store banners.
• Text and other content.
• Customer-related information.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content uploaded to your store.

By uploading content to Oklister, you grant Oklister the permission necessary to host, process, display, and technically deliver that content as part of providing the service.

6. Plans and Subscriptions

Oklister may offer free and paid plans.

Features, limits, pricing, billing periods, and available services may vary between plans.

Paid subscriptions may be offered on a monthly, yearly, or other billing basis depending on the plan available at the time of purchase.

You agree to pay the applicable charges associated with the plan you select.

Oklister may change its pricing, plans, features, or limits from time to time. Changes may apply to future billing periods or new subscriptions.

7. Free Plans and Trials

Oklister may provide free stores, free plans, trials, promotional periods, or other limited-time offers.

Oklister may modify or discontinue such offers at any time.

Free stores or trial accounts may have limitations on features, storage, products, usage, domains, or other services.

When a trial or subscription period expires, Oklister may restrict, suspend, or deactivate the related store until the applicable plan is renewed or upgraded.

8. Subscription Expiration and Store Suspension

If a paid subscription expires and is not renewed, Oklister may suspend or restrict access to the store.

A suspended store may no longer be publicly accessible or may have limited functionality.

Oklister may retain store data for a limited period after suspension, but does not guarantee permanent retention of data after account or store termination.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important business information.

9. Custom Domains

Depending on your plan, Oklister may allow you to connect a custom domain to your store.

You are responsible for:

• Owning or controlling the domain.
• Maintaining domain registration.
• Providing accurate DNS records.
• Renewing your domain.
• Complying with your domain registrar's requirements.

Oklister is not responsible for domain registration, registrar-related issues, DNS propagation delays, or domain suspension by third-party providers.

10. Payments and Transactions

Oklister provides ecommerce store management technology. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Oklister is not a payment processor or financial institution for transactions between store owners and their customers.

Store owners are responsible for selecting and managing their payment methods and for complying with applicable payment, tax, consumer protection, and financial requirements.

Any payment gateway or third-party payment service used through a store may be subject to its own terms and policies.

11. Customer Data

Store owners may collect information from their customers through their stores.

Store owners are responsible for handling customer information lawfully and for providing any required privacy notices.

You must not use customer information for unlawful purposes or in a way that violates applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

12. Intellectual Property

Oklister and its associated software, branding, designs, interfaces, code, graphics, content, and platform features are owned by or licensed to Oklister unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce Oklister's platform or software.
• Reverse engineer the platform.
• Resell or redistribute Oklister software without authorization.
• Remove proprietary notices.
• Use Oklister branding in a misleading manner.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Your use of Oklister does not transfer ownership of Oklister's intellectual property to you.

13. Third-Party Services

Oklister may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, including payment providers, domain providers, analytics services, hosting services, and other external tools.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and availability requirements.

Oklister is not responsible for the independent operation, policies, availability, or actions of third-party services.

14. Platform Availability

We aim to keep Oklister available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance.
• Updates.
• Security measures.
• Server or hosting issues.
• Network problems.
• Third-party service failures.
• Events outside our reasonable control.

Oklister may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.

15. Account Suspension or Termination

Oklister may suspend or terminate an account or store if:

• These Terms & Conditions are violated.
• The store is used for illegal or prohibited activities.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
• The account creates a security risk.
• Required payments are not made.
• The platform is being misused.
• Continued access could cause harm to Oklister, its users, or third parties.

Where appropriate, Oklister may provide notice before suspension or termination.

16. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable plan, offer, payment method, and circumstances of the purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscription payments are not automatically refundable simply because a service was not used during the billing period.

Any applicable refund will be handled according to Oklister's refund policy and applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

Oklister provides the platform on an "as available" basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Oklister will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.

This may include losses relating to:

• Lost profits.
• Lost sales.
• Lost business opportunities.
• Loss of data.
• Business interruption.
• Third-party services.
• Customer disputes.
• Product or order issues.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Store Owner Responsibility

You acknowledge that your store is your business and that you are responsible for operating it lawfully.

You are responsible for ensuring that your products, marketing, pricing, policies, customer communication, and business practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Oklister does not guarantee that your store will generate sales, customers, revenue, or profits.

19. Changes to These Terms

Oklister may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of Oklister after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory legal rights and requirements that apply to you.

Any dispute relating to the use of Oklister should first be addressed by contacting Oklister so that the matter can be resolved where reasonably possible.
